The parent organization, WHRO (Wise Hamrah Reconstruction Organization) established at 6th Oct 2003 under 1629 registration number. WHRO has had a strong track record of providing humanitarian services to Afghanistan, including support for education programs, vocational training, and infrastructure projects. Over the years, WHRO has made significant contributions towards improving the lives of vulnerable men, women, and children in the country. After 2013. this organization has expanded its scope by launching a new division, QRBCC (Qhaf Road and Building Construction Company), to focus on roads and other infrastructure projects. It implemented dozens of projects worth 1,000,000 USD over the past three years, including ones related to shelter, road building, construction, and material supply. However, with the recent crisis in Afghanistan, there was a need for more focused and concerted efforts towards providing aid to the country. This led to the establishment of TEDHO, which is an initiative by WHRO to continue its work by providing humanitarian assistance in key areas such as education, healthcare, food security, and shelter. TEDHO is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable communities in Afghanistan by leveraging its experience and expertise. The transition from WHRO to TEDHO reflects the changing needs of Afghanistan and the evolving challenges faced by the country. TEDHO was reformed with the goal of assisting Afghan society in realizing the same predetermined goals of making Afghanistan a better place for vulnerable men, women, and children in terms of their basic rights and humanitarian services, in collaboration with other credible national and international partners. .
